Career Highways Supports Nonprofits
Our History
STEM Fuse, our original parent company has been in the education space for over 14 years. STEM Fuse is a digital K-12 curriculum provider specializing in STEM, computer science, and CTE curriculum solutions. Stem Fuse was founded in 2009, is taught in over 12,000 schools and serves over 1.5M students. The mission is to provide impactful and affordable curriculum solutions to schools, educators, and students.
STEM Fuse was founded to help students figure out “What’s Next?”. The library of over 30 CTE courses helps students explore what’s next. One of the solutions STEM Fuse built was a digital portfolio for students to show and share their work. This was the original Career Highways platform which we enhanced with Career Profiler’s, a work-based learning ecosystem, career planning and maps.
In 2022, STEM Fuse spun-out Career Highways to expand and make accessible our Career Path Platform to not just K12, but Hi-Ed, Non-Profits, Workforce Development organizations and employers. While technically an early-stage company, Career Highways has a long-history in education and a seasoned and experienced founding team.
