Pioneering the Future of Skills, Careers, and Workforce Agility
about career highways
Career Highways stands at the forefront of modern workforce transformation, built on decades of hands-on leadership, deep industry experience, and a practical understanding of how manual HR processes and stagnant job architecture have held organizations back. With a heritage rooted in enterprise-scale employee benefits, policy-making, and IT innovation, our leadership team has watched first-hand how outdated, labor-intensive methods—spread across spreadsheets and legacy systems—have slowed progress and stifled talent mobility for far too long.
Today, we bring together this battle-tested experience with an unwavering commitment to skills-first advancement. Our team knows what doesn’t work, and we know a better way: moving organizations from rigid, manual approaches to dynamic, intelligence-driven skill management that unlocks true workforce agility, engagement, and growth.
Our legacy of driving real change began in education with STEM Fuse, a pioneering digital curriculum provider that reached over 1.5 million students in 12,000 schools. From those beginnings, we evolved into Career Highways in 2022, expanding our mission to unite educational institutions, nonprofits, workforce agencies, and leading employers. Now, with skill intelligence at our core, Career Highways delivers the most trusted, accessible Skill Intelligence Platform—empowering individuals to chart lifelong journeys, organizations to achieve economic mobility, and the workforce to thrive in a future shaped by innovation and possibility.
