Liz Eversoll
Liz Eversoll is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with 30+ years of experience driving growth and transformation in enterprise software, IT services, and workforce technology. She has led multi-billion-dollar business units, built and exited companies, and held senior operational roles across software services, consulting, and channel sales. Prior to co-founding Career Highways, Liz was VP of Software Sales & Service at CDW, where she ran large software portfolios and earned multiple partner awards. She also held leadership roles in IT strategy, product development, and management at national corporations and early-stage ventures. Liz holds a BS in Computer Science and combines deep domain expertise with a practical, operator’s mindset to scale skills intelligence infrastructure that meets real organizational needs.

Mark Kendall
Mark Kendall brings four decades of enterprise sales, partnership, and consulting experience in employee benefits, HR, and workforce productivity. Mark spent the bulk of his career serving Fortune-level clients on the insurance and consulting side of the business, most recently as EVP with Hub International following an acquisition of his own firm. He has deep expertise building trusted enterprise relationships, advising leadership on talent and workforce strategies, and helping organizations scale solutions that impact productivity and retention. In addition to leading revenue and partnerships at Career Highways, Mark serves on the board of Skills for Chicago and helps drive national expansion for Skills for America — extending access to quality employment pathways for under-represented workers.

Joe Shepherd
Joe Shepherd is a global product and technology strategist with more than two decades of experience building innovation-driven platforms and digital ecosystems. He has founded and scaled ventures including Eczentric and ZenLeap Talent Marketplace (acquired in 2021), and has consulted with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 brands to federal clients on technology strategy, data-driven transformation, and marketplace design. He also held senior leadership roles at Microsoft, driving AI and digital transformation initiatives for defense and enterprise organizations worldwide.
A United States Air Force veteran, Joe’s early work included advanced systems in defense technology, and his academic background includes a doctorate in Business Strategy and advanced degrees in technology and business. At Career Highways, he leads product vision, blending skills-based intelligence with practical enterprise adoption.

Miloš Pešić
Miloš Pešić is a technical leader with 15+ years of experience architecting and delivering high-performance, scalable software platforms. His background includes senior engineering and leadership roles focused on enterprise-grade web applications, secure cloud systems, and technology road-mapping. Miloš has directed development teams and technical strategies through product life cycles, helping translate complex requirements into robust, secure, and extensible systems. At Career Highways, he drives the platform’s technical architecture and engineering execution, ensuring the foundation for skills intelligence is reliable and built for long-term scale.

Carter Tatge
Carter Tatge has spent nearly two decades creating education pathways and career readiness ecosystems that connect learners with real world opportunities. He began his career strengthening ties between K-12 systems, Minnesota State Colleges, and local employers, helping students identify meaningful career trajectories. In 2010, Carter founded STEM Fuse, a curriculum and content provider that now reaches nearly 2 million students annually in every state. His work spans curriculum design, career and technical education programming, and strategic alignment between education outcomes and employer demand. At Career Highways, Carter shapes the educational framework that informs skills definitions, pathway design, and learner experience.

Eric Macfarlane
Eric Macfarlane is a senior product and design leader with over 20 years of experience building enterprise-grade digital products, design systems, and go-to-market experiences. At Career Highways, he leads product design and marketing, shaping UX/UI, brand systems, and product storytelling across the platform.
Eric works closely with executive leadership, product, and engineering teams to translate complex skills data, workforce workflows, and AI-driven insights into clear, accessible, and scalable experiences designed for enterprise adoption. His background spans enterprise SaaS, data-driven platforms, and technology-enabled services, where he has led cross-functional teams, established design governance, and aligned product experience with business and growth strategy.

Rich Floersch
Rich has more than 40 years of corporate HR experience most recently as the CHRO of McDonald’s for twelve years. He is now working with the HR Policy Association in the areas of executive compensation (Center on Executive Compensation), health care (Health Transformation Alliance) and CHRO development. In addition, he is providing consulting assistance to other CHROs and those organizations that support the further development of the function.
He is a member of the National Academy of Human Resources and a board member of Skills for Chicago.

Andy Eichfeld
Andy has advised and worked side-by-side with CEOs and senior executives for over 30 years at McKinsey, Discover Financial Services, and through his volunteer and philanthropic activities. As a Senior Partner with McKinsey, Andy advised CEOs and top management teams in banking, asset management, insurance, and other sectors. As the Chief Human Resources & Chief Administration Officer at Discover, Andy set and aligned strategy to the talent agenda, management system, and culture; and orchestrated many enterprise initiatives, including opening large operating centers in overlooked communities on the south side of Chicago and in Columbus. His volunteer and philanthropic portfolio is focused on social and economic inclusion in the US, and leadership development.
