Skills and certifications just got easier to manage. You can now add and edit skills more reliably, explore curated programs with improved filters, and view relevant travel or certification details at a glance. The new Skills Explorer makes organizing and reporting on skills faster and more transparent.

AI, Data, and Insights

Behind the scenes, our AI engine continues to get smarter. We’ve improved skill classification accuracy, enhanced the “AI Impact Report” for roles, and introduced new automation for skill reclassification and data syncs, giving you more reliable, data-driven insights into your workforce and career pathways.

Infrastructure and Performance

• One Time Passcodes via Text Messaging: Users can now receive verification codes by text message.

Resume Upload & Editing

• Enhanced Resume Uploads: Improvements to resume parsing.
• Recognizing More Achievements: If your resume lists volunteering or achievements, these will now be captured and added to your profile automatically.
• Improved Work Experience Editing: When editing your work experience, you’ll now see clear visual cues if any information needs to be corrected, whether you’re typing manually or uploading from your resume.
• More Detailed Work Descriptions: You can now enter more details-up to 1,500 characters-when describing your work experience.
• Improved Resume Preview: Descriptions for your work experience will now show up as bullet points in the PDF preview of your resume, making it easier to read.
